HISTORY
Connell Homes started as a family owned home builder in 1997 and has continued to serve families searching for new homes in Plant City, Brandon and the Hillsborough County area.
Brian Connell established Connell Homes in 1997. He is a life long native of Hillsborough County. He graduated from Plant City High school in 1981. The business successfully grew each year with numerous residential and commercial accounts. Throughout the years, Brian also invested and rehabbed several homes. He grew to love customizing and making each home more livable with new innovative ideas.
We had a vision of a home building company that would build high quality, true custom homes at an affordable price. Whether small or large, we wanted every home to be custom designed and built to meet the individual needs of each owner and their family. To be successful, we knew the company would have to follow honest principles and have respect for its customers, employees and community. We believed the company needed to build custom homes of better quality as well as provide exemplary service to its customers.
COMMUNITY
Connell Homes believes in giving back to the community in which you live and we build. Building longstanding relationships and supporting local civic and non-profit organizations is a way for us to feel connected with our clients and the community.
We have sponsored the Antioch baseball team, supported Fishhawk Fellowship's building ministry, and was nominated three times by the Brandon Chamber of Commerce as "small business of the year".
